Our products are frozen to lock in the freshness and shipped frozen using suitable packaging and ice packs. Some items may defrost slightly but should retain their core temperature allowing you to freeze for future use or to defrost and enjoy sooner.

We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of the product however should you have any issues with your items please contact us immediately to resolve.
